報告摘要：
Causality discovery is the ultimate goal in many research areas, including Bioinfomratics. My research focuses on the development of causal inference methods and their applications in Bioinformatics, particularly in gene regulatory networks and cancer subtype discovery. In this talk, we report our work in the last four years, drawing a road map of what have been done and discussing some possible future works.
報告人簡介：
Dr Thuc Le is a senior lecturer at the School of Information Technology and Mathematical Sciences, University of South Australia. His research interests include causal discovery methods and their applications in bioinformatics. He is also a National Health & Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Early Career Research Fellow (2017-2020). He has served as an Academic Editor for PLOS ONE and as a reviewer for many top conferences in data mining and journals in bioinformatics.
